The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a committee that is required by the CC&Rs. Their mandate it to help ensure that our community is maintained and any new construction or changes to property meet the guidlines that are set forth in the CC&Rs as well as the Rules and Regulations.

Section 3.7 of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of the Kackman Creek Homeowners’ Association (“CC&R’s”) provide for the appointment of the Architectural Control Committee (“ACC”). The Committee, appointed by the Board, is comprised of three members with staggering terms of 1, 2 & 3 years.
Section 2.3 of the CC&R’s delegates authority to the ACC to control all building and construction activities taking place on each residential site in the Plat of Kackman Creek. No building shall be erected or construction activities commenced on a Lot or any other portion of the Plat of Kackman Creek unless written plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, colors, and location of the same has been submitted to and approved in writing by the ACC. All building, construction or alteration activities requiring advance ACC approval include:
